Our Wisma Tujuh Important Person program is designed to cater in providing extra services and convenience to those of guests who regularly travel around Indonesia, as well as offer numerous advantages available.

Simply complete the membership form and hand it to the Guest Relations Officer on duty. Your new membership card will be sent together with terms and conditions of use to the address you stipulate on the form. You will then be eligible to take advantage of the many benefits of membership.

General Conditions

  1. Acceptance of membership and all terms and conditions of membership including WTIP services and benefits offered shall be at the discretion of Wisma Tujuh management. Wisma Tujuh management reserves the right to change, amend or cancel the program from time to time without prior notification.
  2. All decisions made by the management of Wisma Tujuh relating to terms and conditions and procedures in respect of the WTIP shall be deemed absolute and final.
  3. In the event that an WTIP member changes home or office address, he or she shall notify Wisma Tujuh management.

WISMA TUJUH IMPORTANT PERSON - OBTAINING SERVICES AND BENEFITS

  1. Present your membership card each time you check in and ask the hotel staff to stamp it as proof of your stay.
  2. To obtain services and benefits, present your membership card to the hotel staff.
  3. Upon checking out, present your membership card once again for validation of the number of nights of your stay.
  4. Check the discounts available.

PROOF OF STAY

  1. Each time you check in, ask our staff to stamp your membership card as proof of your stay. One stamp may be received per room occupied.
  2. Upon checking out, ask the hotel staff to validate the number of nights of your stay.

FULLY TRANSFERABLE

  1. Use of your membership card is transferable.
  2. Room reservations must be made by the member himself/herself, or by a member of his/her staff, or by his/her office.

RESTRICTIONS

  1. Benefits and services offered to WTIP members may not be exchanged for other benefits or cash.
  2. Use of your WTIP membership card and your rights to WTIP benefits and services can not be linked to other promotion programs or similar programs offered by Wisma Tujuh or special contract prices or reservations made by third parties.
  3. The WTIP program is valid only for Indonesian citizens and KITAS holders.
  4. In the event of card loss or expiry, the total number of nights stayed up to that point shall not be recognized and shall be annulled, and new terms and conditions shall become valid upon issue of your new card.
